One of the top residential remodeling groups in the Northeast is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to lead and develop their sales team in NJ and DE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the In-Home Sales Representatives
• Interview, coach and mentor new sales reps and provide ongoing training and support for tenured sales reps.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a motivational sales environment to continually improve sales skills and drive results.
• Ensure open availability and accessibility to sales team and direct supervisors when necessary (including nights and weekends).
• Review all new sales for proper pricing and adherence to guidelines and provide feedback to sales reps.
• Coordinate in-field observations with new or under-performing direct sellers in order to reinforce and improve proper selling techniques.
• Conduct productive sales meetings with no less than two a month (preferably one a week, depending on lead volume).
• Regular follow up with company's retail partners to ensure that products, marketing materials and appointment expectations are being met.
• Handle special customers including commercial clients, contractors and multi-unit clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in the Home Improvement industry.
• Experience in In-Home Sales Management, 1 call close.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Bring a high level of enthusiasm and motivation to the team.
• Must be goal-oriented with ability to strategize, plan and fully execute on goals.
• Expert with presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to use technology for team meetings, in-home sales presentations, and to enhance overall business.
• Must have all-inclusive view of the business and its multiple functions.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others in multiple job capacities.

Salary And Benefits

• $150,000-$210,000 (Base Commission)
