Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent-Personal Lines

We are a local agency with offices in Gainesville and Buford. Looking for agent with experience in the independent agency setting. I am looking for Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agents, people who have good energy and are not afraid of hard work to contribute to the success of the agency and our team of insurance professionals. Pay Structure is the following - Hourly Commission, the total pkg. can range from ($45,000 - $86,000( ) even higher). The type of individuals I am seeking will want to excel daily, be winners and most importantly be closers. Our staff works 4 days a week. Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions

Qualifications:
- P&C License required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
