We have exciting opportunities for Production Workers - Utility Operators on the swing shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) in our Injection department here in our Sparks, NV location. Job Duties:

• Must be able to inspect finished product and pack according to company standards
• Ability to stack finished product according to specification sheets
• Must be able to place labels on boxes or finished product
• Must be able to read product specification sheets
• Must be able to work and foster a safe work culture.
• Support all company policies and procedures including 5S and focused work teams.
• Lead by example and perform all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements and Skills:

• Basic skills: critical thinking and reading comprehension
• Basic calculations (ability to count to 25)
• Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills and get along well with others.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to manage time well.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

• Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass criminal background check.

• Swing Shift Available: 3:00pm-11:30pm $0.50 shift differential for working on the swing shift.
