Our medical aesthetic treatments are performed by our highly trained and experienced medical providers.

AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective aesthetic injections, laser procedures, microneedling RF treatments, skin care recommendations, and sales in a high-end medical spa. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, bright, positive, an energetic team member, passionate about aesthetics, patient-centered, driven to be the most knowledgeable, and technically advanced with anti-aging technology, and someone that truly enjoys making a real difference in patients’ lives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Team oriented, passionate about aesthetics and compassionate

· 1-2 years of experience injecting fillers & neurotoxins required

· 1 years of experience in performing lasers/microneedling

· Experience with retail sales

· A valid Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing is required

· Medical Spa and/or Plastic Surgery experience required

· Knowledgeable of various MedSpa services, products, and skin care best practices

· Experience with using an EMR system

· Availability for morning, evening and/or Saturdays as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record. Arrive 30 minutes prior to first scheduled client

· Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, actively listen, answer all questions/concerns and thanking them sincerely on departure

· Review patient chart/notes prior to entering treatment room

· Take patient photos at all angles at each appointment

· Obtain patient applicable medical/surgical history, treatment checklist and consent to ensure patient does not have any contraindications prior all treatments

· Perform skin analysis and evaluation on all patients

· Develop a customized treatment plan for each client and an on-going follow-up plan

· Apply topical numbing cream as needed/directed for extra comfort prior to aesthetic treatments

· Provide and explain pre/post care instructions prior to treatments

· Provide treatments including fillers, lasers, microneedling, facial treatments and customized skin care recommendations as instructed by APRN/Medical Director

· Ensure all appropriate charting is accurate and completed by the end of each day

· Clean exam rooms and equipment after every patient treatment

· Properly open and close MedSpa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures

· Ensure workstation is organized, stocked and clean

· Ensure skin care displays are cleaned and appear organized and aesthetically pleasing

TASKS AS NEEDED:

· Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate phone system accurately and efficiently

· If helping at the front desk, check voicemails and text messages first thing in the morning. If a phone call is missed, return the call promptly. Continue to check voicemails/text messages throughout the day and respond in a timely manner.

· Ensure all charts are pulled before clients arrive and filed by the end of the day

· Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves

· Actively promote MedSpa, treatments, services, and products. Notify clients of promotions and/or discounts available.

· Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation

· Be confident in retail sales in-person and on the phone

· Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately

· Handle client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously

· Maintain complete confidentiality in all patients’ matters in accordance with company policy

· Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete client satisfaction

· Utilize MedSpa computers with skill and proficiency; document and update client information in electronic record as directed

· Keep track of receipts/records and ensure data entry is completed according to MedSpa policy

· Track inventory and ensure inventory is entered correctly in EMR

· Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low

· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

· Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the MedSpa

· Assist with social media, marketing, or event planning when help is needed

· Assist in all areas of MedSpa operation as requested by management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
