Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting an Office Manager for our busy Baptist South Office. The Office Manager is responsible for the business operations and administration side of the clinic. Ensures office is operating efficiently, effectively and professionally by supervisory office staff, hires, terminates, and trains employees, and oversees the financial portion of the office. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: 

• Hire, train and terminate staff in the clinic
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Schedule staff to meet operational requirements
• Oversees payroll
• Establish and implement office policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
• Responsible for facility cleaning, hygiene, safety and maintenance
• Ensure patient records are current and accurate
• Oversees patient scheduling
• Communicate with patients and family members regarding inquires and complaints
• Ensure patient satisfaction
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Strong supervisory and leadership experience
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of practice and/or patient information
