The Memory Care Activities CNA will support and assist the Memory Care Director and team with planning and implementing activities, as well as assessing the residents’ needs, interests, and functional levels. You will set up and conduct group activities, get residents to and from scheduled events, and aid as needed for wide range of abilities.

Other responsibilities include supervising resident smokers and occasionally driving passenger van on community outings (candidates over 25).

Applicants must be able to initiate and work alone or cooperate and work with a team. CNA license a plus, but not necessary. We will train the right candidate
