REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Self-motivation and the ability to excel with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
• Basic math skills. Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of Prophet 21 helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to “multi-task” in busy sales office is essential.
• A pleasant phone voice and an easy going personality.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and hard working
• 2-5 years of prior work experience in customer service and similar industry (helpful, but not necessary).

JOB DUTIES:

• Support outside sales team i.e. customer quotes and questions, assist in problem solving, returns etc.
• Review accuracy of incoming orders, collect and input orders.
• Direct phone calls, faxes and emails to team members.
• Continually enhance your sales, customer service skills and product knowledge to continue providing superior service to our customers.
• Ability to get your hands dirty in the warehouse, if needed.
• Additional projects and tasks may be assigned as needed.
