The Physical Therapist primary purpose is to plan, organize, develop, and direct our facilitys Physical Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist (PT):
Qualifications for the Physical Therapist (PT):
Must possess a Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in this state.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
