Due to continued growth, our Lancaster location has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales and Design Manager. Ideal applicants will have 3 years’ experience in retail sales or interior design. This is a commissioned position requiring 40 hours a week with potential to earn $30,000 to $70,000 a year. Store hours are Mon- Saturday 10am-5pm, Closed Sundays.

Specific skills include:

- Ability to build trust and rapport with client

- Provide proactive design services and sales follow-up

- Great communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening

- Deliver exceptional shopping experience to every customer, every time

- Greet clients and answer phones in a prompt, professional and polite manner

- Correspond in an engaging manner with clients via phone, e-mail or text

- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge

- Work with team members collaboratively across departments

- Lead by example

- Motivate a Sales Team to successfully achieve personal and store goals

- Report on sales metrics, including number of customers and items sold

- Interact with executive team and owners to achieve company-wide goals

- Train team on selling and new product
