Responsibilities
•Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, qualifying prospects, and closing leases.
•Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenant-buyers through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
•Utilize creative marketing strategies to attract potential tenant-buyers and increase conversion
•Collaborate with property owners to ensure homes are market-ready and meet the needs of would-be homeowners.
•Engage landlords and convey the benefits of shifting away from traditional rentals to a lease purchase model that delivers a win-win for both tenant and property owner.
•Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for pricing and promotions.
•Negotiate leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
•Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive efforts and lead-generating activities.
Qualifications
•Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate as an agent, lender, or property manager.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
