RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Expectations for Your Role

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with external vendors and internal researchers to collect, review, and deliver high-quality data.
• Use internal tools to assess labeled data and provide feedback to AI trainers.
• Think critically and share recommendations on tooling/process improvements to optimize quality, throughput, and AI trainer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to start new data collection projects by gathering requirements, writing instructions, and training AI trainers.
• Design, train, and manage quality systems for AI Trainers.
• Conduct quality control reviews and provide insights for process enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications for Success

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience managing data labeling operations for large-scale projects.
• Expertise in managing/designing quality systems.
• Experience with text-based or multi-modal (text, data, vision) annotation/data collection projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially spreadsheets).
• Clear and concise communication skills, anticipating the needs of company vendors/partners.
• Previous experience teaching/leading with a passion for helping others achieve goals.
• A systematic approach to work, enjoying thinking in systems and processes.
• An action-oriented and curious mindset, becoming a power user of software and tools.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Ability to write JSON, SQL, and/or Python.
• Domain expertise in specific areas such as coding, creative writing, law, or medicine.
• Ability to speak multiple (3 ) languages.
