Description

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork and Grading Foreman to join our team of demolition contractors. As the Earthwork and Grading Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of earthwork and grading operations on our job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of operators

- Plan and schedule earthwork and grading operations to meet project deadlines

- Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

- Operate heavy equipment as needed

- Maintain accurate records of all jobsite activities

- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other team members

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in earthwork and grading operations

- Experience in managing and supervising a team of operators

- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
