JOB SUMMARY
Under supervision of the Chief Program Officer, the Data and Evaluation Coordinator plays a vital role at The PLACE, overseeing the management, analysis, and evaluation of data related to our program delivery. This individual will collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis to drive programmatic decisions and improve outcomes for youth experiencing homelessness. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in addressing youth homelessness through data-driven decision-making and program evaluation. Minimum qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or another data-related field and extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel; OR a high school diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience working within databases, pulling data reports, and analyzing data and extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be computer proficient and possess experience of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and requires extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of database management principles and experience working with HMIS or similar systems.
Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
Must pass pre-employment TB/Physical screening.
Knowledge of homelessness issues, social services, and/or nonprofit organizations preferred.
