Appalachian Running Company is looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our location in Wexford PA!

AppRunCo provides industry leading brands like New Balance, Hoka, Brooks, Asics, Saucony, Altra Birkenstock, & many more!

Just as importantly, we provide our customers with personalized service and the knowledge they need to pick the shoes that will work best for their goals, lifestyle, and foot type.

Responsibilities :

• Embrace the store culture and represent the AppRunCo brand at its highest level through professional selling & customer service.
• Greet customers and interact with them in order to clarify their needs.
• AppRunCo is a specialty "Sit and Fit" running store. Employees will be expected to measure, scan, and fit customers in top-of-the-line performance footwear.
• Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business.
• Work with a team in doing various day-to-day tasks of the store such as sales, customer liaison, stock control, store appearance, handling calls, and inventory.
