We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join TGIG's edible department as a Baker. A successful Baker must have commercial baking work experience, follow detailed recipes and SOPs, comfortable working independently and work flexible hours. The candidate will work closely with other team members in the Production Department.

Responsibilities Include:

· Work with the Kitchen Lead and other team members, making cannabis infused baked and gummy products

· Ability to read, measure and execute recipes

· Maintain an exceptional product knowledge and attention to detail with decoration and taste quality

· Ensure highest standard in food quality and take action to correct any irregularities

· Exhibit a thorough knowledge, understanding and application of all infusion and cooking techniques

· Follow all Nevada state regulations for the cannabis industry that pertains to the kitchen

Minimum Requirements:

· Requires a minimum of 1 year of Baking experience in a commercial kitchen

· Aptitude to learn new recipes in a fast pace environment

· Flexible work schedule to work the morning (6 am to 3 pm) and night (3 pm to midnight) shift

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Capability of lifting at least 50 lbs or more

· Ability to pass a criminal background check

· At least 21 years old
