TEAM Employment Specialists will partner with Des Moines Public School District to assist students by providing:

• Job Exploration Counseling: Job shadows, mock interviews, interest inventories, resume writing, etc.
• Work-Based Learning Experiences: Internships, job shadows, etc.
• Counseling on Opportunities: College visits, assistance on college applications, exploring colleges on the internet, etc.
• Workplace Readiness Training: Financial literacy, transportation, housing, social skills
• Self-Advocacy Instruction: Advocating for accommodations or assistive technology, etc.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, with some weekend hours as needed. A reliable vehicle is necessary as applicants would be driving during the course of their job duties and must be insurable under our company policy. Mileage reimbursement is offered.
Pay begins at $18.75/hour, increasing to $19.00/hour after a successful completion of our 90 day orientation period. Full benefits are offered, including:
