Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving performance targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve call center performance
- Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
