Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market and Customer Relations Manager to join our team.
Overall Function
The Marketing and Client Relations Manager focuses on successfully marketing the financial representative to keep him/her in constant selling situations, keeping up to date prospect and client information, and communicating consistently with clients. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Marketing:
· Work with the advisor to define ideal clients for each marketing segment and refine regularly
· Identify and document existing and potential Centers of Influence (COIs), then analyze COI results and manage COI strategy
· Create feed lists
· Manage digital presence: advisor website, e-marketing campaigns, social media
· Develop and maintain content/materials via the Marketing Portal
· Look for opportunities for local PR
· Plan and execute on opportunities for client appreciation and/or prospecting events
· Promote adoption of the client website
· Identify opportunities to leverage Northwestern Mutual’s partnerships with organizations such as the NCAA and Alex’s Lemonade Stand
· Utilize home office resources such as marketing newsletters and webinars to keep abreast of what is available
· Manage compliance approvals of marketing materials
Client Relations
· Phone management- answer calls and respond to voicemails
· Answer basic policy owner and benefit questions
· Update client information- banking, address, name, phone numbers
· Add prospects and Qualified Suspects to CRM
· Document and manage the term conversion and APB process – make all TC and APB calls
· Making Daily Confirmations for next day appointments
· Rescheduling meetings with clients
Qualifications
· Marketing experience preferred
· Health and Life licensed or gain licensing within 6 months of employment
· Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred
· Superior interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
· Superior written and oral communication skills
· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
· Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
· Ability to work both independently and on a team
· Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
