JResponsibilities

· Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts for group companies

· -Responsibility for maintaining the fixed asset register

· -Monthly stock reconciliation and usage for R&D and, ultimately, customers

· -Preparation of raising supplier invoices

· -Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations and upkeep of the general ledger

· -Assisting with preparation and analysis of monthly results and KPIs

· -Work with the Group CFO to drive improvements and efficiency

· -Supporting the preparation of the budgeting and forecasting

· -Assisting with the year-end audit process.

· -Experience dealing with Stakeholders

· -Purchasing/working with PO’s

· -Consolidation of accounting system across UK, US and Canada

Qualifications

· -Confident in working with senior stakeholders within the business

· -Analytical skills, organizational skills and strong attention to detail

· -Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· -Previous experience within Startup finance team in a diagnostic or life science

· company would be highly preferable

· -Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, or CIMA)

· -Advanced Excel skills

· -Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,186.34 - $107,407.20 per year
