Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Generator to become part of our team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Convey HVAC product and services to consumers in-person at large big box retail location in Hendersonville, TN
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and secure appointments
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Schedule is flexible and shifts will be between 10am-8pm
- Ability to initiate conversation with customers
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that will be used in securing appointments in an App
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Position requires extended time on your feet.
