UI/UX Lead Designer

• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of products.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the company.
• Produce high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Test UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

Skills/Competencies

• Bachelor s degree and minimum of 5 years UI/UX Lead and design experience for digital products or services
• Portfolio of professional UI/UX work for both web and mobile platforms
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Must have at least 8 years of UI/UX experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong Experience with product design
