Overview:

Shoe outfitters provide 1 on 1 customer service as they assist customers with finding the perfect fit of shoes for their feet. We look at where the customer puts their pressure when they walk, how their feet roll in our out, and measure to find the perfect fit. Outfitters are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to shoes and how they work for the customers current shoe needs. All training for this position is done in house.

Responsibilities:

As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole (pun intended) of our brand. You have the opportunity to recommend gear and products that a customer will use to cross their next finish line, regardless of what that looks like. This position is always going above and beyond to take care of our customers and communities. You will be part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers by listening to customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and, ultimately, outfitting them with everything they need to get started or persevere. On job training and pay:

Everyone hired, no matter experience will start at $12 per hour. Once training is complete and working proficiently as a floor sales associate pay will increase to $13.50 base incentives.

Estimated Pay at 4 Months: ($15.50 per hour)

About Fleet Feet:

Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners. Additional Requirements: Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25 lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
