We are currently looking for a BCBA to supervise CBTs and implement quality ABA programs in school. The BCBA will help ensure compliance with BACB standards while helping to implement the individual's IEP and ensure best practices during treatment delivery. Pay: $72,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities

As a BCBA you will:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in the school setting. Clinic and home settings are options as well.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency in treatment approaches
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment modifications
• Conduct ongoing evaluations to assess treatment effectiveness and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• LBA license in Washington State
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
• Ability to supervise and train others
• Reliable form of transportation
• Must pass criminal background check
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
