Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
Job Responsibilities
As a BCBA you will:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in the school setting. Clinic and home settings are options as well.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency in treatment approaches
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment modifications
Conduct ongoing evaluations to assess treatment effectiveness and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions
