Job Overview:

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate? Our real estate investment team is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify potential sellers and expand our network of investment opportunities. While experience in real estate is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce our company and what we offer.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

- Identify clients needs

- Meet or exceed KPI's on a regular basis

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and achieve team goals

- Provide exceptional customer service

Skills:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and outbound calling strategies

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Ability to negotiate effectively

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
