ALLSTATE INSURANCE – KNOXVILLE AGENCY IS NOW HIRING!

We are one of the top producing Allstate insurance agencies in Knoxille and are recognized in the top 25 percent of all agencies nationwide for both growth and customer satisfaction. We are ready to GROW MORE!!!
We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents in KNOXVILLE.
This position offers a competitive base salary commissions bonuses. Agents earn around $50,000 per year or more if you can become a “top performer”.
You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.
Kevin Davis's number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverages to protect them in their family if something were to happen.
*** NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED ***
A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who ‘never meets a stranger,' has Great computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And they must be able to close deals. You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.
