Provide individual and group support to children with and without IEP needs, making adjustments and accommodations so that all children can learn and grow in a truly inclusive environment. Facilitate interactions to create opportunities for social/emotional growth, and opportunities to develop individual age-appropriate self-help skills. Implement age-appropriate classroom behavior management by demonstrating positive guidance, giving sensory breaks and input along with redirection, and modeling conflict resolution. Communicate with families daily regarding their child’s activities and progress verbally at drop-off and pick-up, throughout the day using the Brightwheel app, and by zoom, email and phone to enhance the parent/school partnership.Substitute positions are called to work on an as-needed basis to cover absences of regular staff or to support additional staffing needs.Meeting Street respects and celebrates the diversity that contributes to a healthy, caring community.
