Looking for a PT LPN in Ann Arbor to handle a few overnight shifts a week for a ventilator/trach dependent client. Preferably, it will be Monday and Thursdays. Shift times are 10:30pm - 7:30am. The client is ventilator and trach dependent, but completely verbal and very engaging. Client has a cat, so this is ideal for cat lovers!

RESPONSIBILITEIS

• Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing, light housekeeping, assist with meal prep and feeding and running errands
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a caregiving mentality
• Valid LPN License
• Reliability a must!
• Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
• Transportation and valid drivers license
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in caregiving (informal OR formal)
• Experience transferring a patient preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 18 years old
