Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve the lives of those you work with.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

Experience:
- Data collection skills
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Experience in patient care settings or special education environments
