The catering team member works closely with the Catering Director and other store leadership to ensure guest pick-up orders are ready for guests. Catering team members are also for prepping and setting up off-site deliveries in a timely manner. Catering team members are to provide all necessary items to guests to ensure a positive catering experience.

The catering area and equipment must be maintained in properly and in an organized fashion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Passionate about building relationships with guests.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
