We draw from our network of trusted fabrication partners and artists to create sculptures and installations based on our client’s vision, overseeing the process from design to execution and installation.

This role is pivotal, ensuring smooth execution through coordination, communication, and support across our creative teams. From project management and sourcing to supplier-client interactions and specification upkeep, you'll be the detail-oriented multitasker who thrives on collaboration. Key Accountabilities:

• Project Coordination
• Sourcing (purchasing direct with suppliers)
• ERP & CRM Task Management
• Supplier and Client Communication
• Spec Integrity

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support - working closely with Art Consulting and Supply Chain teams. Tasks include but are not limited to entering spec packages, reviewing and sending submittals, receiving, inspecting and consolidating incoming artwork, and communicating timelines effectively.
• Artist Communication – Assist with sending artist reproduction agreements, file consolidation and artist profile set-up.
• Project Management Support – organizing information and collaborating to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
• Information Integrity – ensuring information passed between all parties is correct and up to date.
• Client Communication. 

Additional Duties:

• Frame sample ordering/tracking.
• Shipping frame & artwork samples.
• Artwork/accessory handling & consolidation .

Skills and Experience:

• 1 years of experience in Project Management/Coordination, and/or Custom Picture Framing.
• Decision making: the ability to make timely decisions after consideration of objective and subjective factors.
• Data prowess and understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional Attitude: positive, forward thinking, adaptable and open-minded.
• Interpersonal skills: the ability to work with people from across and outside the organization, and comfort with all forms of communication.
• Negotiation: the ability to negotiate with suppliers to achieve desired results.
• Spatial skills: the ability to interpret picture framing specs and effectively communicate expectations.
