Job Summary:
Under the immediate direction of the unit Chief Nursing Officer or Director, is responsible for day-to-day patient care operations and first line supervision of nursing unit staff. Provides direct patient care according to unit needs.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications:
Experience:
One to two years clinical nursing experience as a registered nurse which included charge nurse responsibilities.
Education:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in nursing.
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) within three (3) months of hire
