We are seeking candidates who lead with integrity and are empathetic and professional. Your demeanor and presentation should mirror the elevated standards of Beverly Hills ENT and Facial Plastics.

  • Passion for patient care and customer service
  • Great communication skill to discuss with patients potential procedures they may benefit from

Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Engagement : Develop lasting, positive impressions through meaningful interactions with patients during their in-office visits.
  • Scheduling; processing payments; answering phone inquiries with a focus on professionalism and efficiency; handling medical intake of patients;

assisting doctors with procedures

Work well and be a team player to fulfill the mission of an exceptional patient experience.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational / data management skills
  • Strong communication etiquette, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a medical office and aesthetics is a plus, but what matters most is enthusiasm and initiative.

  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) OR Medical Assistant certificate :

Experience :

  • EMR systems : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hospitality : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Aesthetic / Sales Practice : 1 year (Preferred)
