Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and recipes

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting

- Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
