Job Description: As an Entry Level Body Shop Technician, you will assist in performing a variety of tasks to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in performing collision-related repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
• Sand, mask, and prep vehicles for painting
• Assist in the replacement of damaged parts
• Detail vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentable
• Maintain and clean the facility to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and improve skills
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record
• For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Interest in the automotive industry; previous automotive experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive or body shop setting (internships, part-time work, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of auto body repair tools and equipment
