```Duties```
- Perform general janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
