Orthodontist is a very well respected and practice is well established providing work stability. Position Hours: (Full-time 4 days)

Tuesday-Friday

*Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Mandatory patient days)

*No Weekends except for a few required only for marketing events

Pay Scale: Excellent pay based on prior ortho experience

$25-$30/hr.

Job Requirements: (All must be met to be considered)

• RDA license or OAP certificate required
• Current X-Ray license
• At least 1-year orthodontic experience preferred but willing to train the right individual with a great positive and outgoing personality
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
• Ability to work independently and be a strong team player
• Strong work ethics. We prefer someone that we can count on to arrive and complete their shifts especially since we rely on one another and work strongly together as a team.
• Reliable transportation and very dependable
• Knowledge in Orthotrac a plus, but willing to train
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Helping to promote the practice as needed

Job Duties:

Must be able to perform or train for all RDA back office duties with a positive upbeat attitude: Clinical: Sterilization, chair side assisting, untie/retie patients, try-in appliances, mix cement, prepare teeth for bonding, polishing teeth, placing brackets, and passing brackets to Dr. for bonding, setup and break down chairs, maintain all standards of infection control, restocking, ordering, impressions, pouring models, trimming models, retainers, taking x-rays, adequate abilities with computers.
