This position is for a Food Service Assistant who will serve as a Floater in the District. The individual hired for this position will work each day but will be assigned to different buildings dependent on need.

Hours: 3 hours per day as determined by the Director of Food Service. Additional hours may be assigned as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and computer skills
• Able to work on feet for most of shift and able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without restriction
• Ability to work well with students, staff, parents
• Evidence of good organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
• Exhibit ability to act in a rational manner in an emergency
• Evidence of high standards of ethics, confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters
• Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe Certification
