Description
- Schedule Patients for Visit and Procedures
- Checking In / Out Patients
- Collect payments
- Make appointment calls
- Answering Phone Lines
- Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
- Insurance Verification
- Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
- Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
- Other clinical tasks assigned by manager
- Patient vitals Once a week coverage to Baytown clinic. Remaining days in Beaumont Clinic.
- Be able to travel independently for Baytown outreach clinics.
- Once a week coverage to Baytown clinic. Remaining days in Beaumont Clinic.
- MUST HAVE experience of working at a medical office in the past 1 year.
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS but not mandatory.
- At least 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital.
- Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills.
- Ability to Multi-Task.
- Medical Terminology Knowledge.
- Medical Assistant Certification a Plus.
