NDI Engineering Company is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with program analyst/administrative experience, preferably with DOD contracting financial reporting, or other accounting/financial management experience.

This position will work alongside CTF management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration services to support the CTF Test Site programs as required.
  • Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations working closely with government program and project leads/managers.
  • Coordinate and support progress meetings including developing, updating, and maintaining various metrics, action items, installation statuses and delays.
  • Provide data maintenance and content management inputs to system specific or equipment based management tracking systems or databases.
  • Administer, maintain, and input government provided data to support program and other various functions associated with the test facility.
  • Provide meeting support for formal Program Reviews and general meetings, including organizing meetings, generation and distribution of meeting agendas, developing meeting materials, and action item tracking.
  • Collect, review, and streamline status inputs or technical highlights for data calls or periodic reporting to stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • Experience working with senior staff and managers with minimum guidance.
  • Well versed in Microsoft products, eg, MS Teams, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
  • Self-starter.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and eligible to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance.
