Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Solution Analyst with a strong background in Retail, B2b Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance and HR business domains. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving business vision into functional requirements for the product. As a Solution Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality that meets the business vision of the product.
Specialized Skills and Technologies

• Deep understanding of the ERP, B2B Commerce, Digital, Marketing, Cloud, and Data Hub platforms, focusing on leveraging these systems to achieve business goals and enhance customer experiences.
• Familiarity with the integration of commerce or web applications with external systems using Data Hub and batch / real time data transfer and synchronization, ensuring seamless data flow between application / product and other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP.
• Proficiency in understanding and utilizing APIs for connecting application / product with various services and applications, including developing and managing API-led connectivity for extending platform capabilities and integrating third-party solutions.
• Experience with deploying Cloud native solutions in cloud environments and understanding cloud platform basics (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), including cloud architecture principles, cloud storage, and computing resources to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Awareness of database concepts and how they apply to applications / product, ensuring data integrity, performance, and the ability to handle data-related challenges specific to e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) and their role in creating user-friendly interfaces, with an emphasis on how they integrate with backend applications for a cohesive user experience.
• Insight into security best practices and compliance standards relevant to e-commerce and digital platforms, ensuring that business / application solutions adhere to these guidelines for protecting customer data and maintaining trust.
• Exposure to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices and how they can be applied to Cloud Native applications to improve development efficiency, reliability, and facilitate automated testing and deployment processes.
• Expertise with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. This includes a commitment to adopting agile principles for rapid, iterative development cycles, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing business needs efficiently.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for B2B applications, commerce / supplier / warehouse or inventory solutions.
• Design business solutions that meet or exceed performance and scalability expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of application / business solutions with business processes.
• Serve as the liaison between the business and technical teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of application / product, from initial concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of the latest Cloud features, technologies, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence
• 4 years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT understanding business processes and needs
• High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them
• Experience leading Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process
• Experience gathering of requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests
• Proven record of building consensus and buy-in with key stakeholders
• Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values of openness, commitment, respect, courage, and focus
