- Maintain HVAC, plumbing & electrical items.
- Perform routine maintenance on the building's interior and exterior.
- Ensure that vacant rooms are in good repair, including but not limited to walls, appliances, furniture, carpet, and cabinets.
- Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms on a scheduled basis.
- Knowledge of security and safety equipment including location and operation.
- Carry out assigned tasks by GM.
- Use technical skills to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
- Keep the parking lot and pool area clean.
- Set up meeting rooms per GM's request.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
