Responsibilities

● Passion to change a one-time guest into a guest for life

● Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

● Coordinate guest’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles

● Answering all calls inbound to the Service Department

● Scheduling all appointments and providing assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs

Qualifications

● High energy, driven, and has proven customer service skills

● Working knowledge of computers

● High school diploma or equivalent

● A winning attitude

● The ability to see obstacles as opportunities

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong customer service and active-listening abilities

● Highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
