JURISolutions is seeking an attorney with employment litigation experience. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a law firm. This role will specialize in Employment Litigation (non-union) for employers. Candidates MUST be licensed to practice in either PA, NY, FL and/or NJ. Must have proven courtroom success within one of the previous state’s federal and state courts. Expertise in managing cases from start to trial, as well as exceptional legal writing and procedural knowledge.
This position offers a remote work environment, and competitive salary with bonuses.
