Madison's Journey is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our wonderful team! We are a company dedicated to providing quality ABA Therapy for our clients. We also provide extensive mentorship and support to assist with not only ABA, but with safety as well. 30-35 hours per week with small caseloads. $1000 sign on bonus with signing one year employment contract and after 30 days of employment. 1 week of vacation and one 1 week of sick pay after 1 year of employment. CEU reimbursement for obtaining necessary CEU's to maintain licensure (online). Safety training from in-house certified instructor. Alabama licensure will be needed or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire. Center based therapy with some in-school possible. BCBA pay is $36-$38 per hour. BCaBA is $26-28 per hour. Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral health needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $64,000.00 - $69,160.00 per year
