As a New Employee Orientation Trainer/Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client’s mission to attract, train, and retain a world-class global workforce.

Our New Employee Orientation (NEO) team manages our client’s New Employee Orientation suite of programs. Reporting to the NEO Program Manager, the NEO Trainer/Specialist facilitates, instructs, develops, maintains, and provides customer service in support of the new employee orientation course and first year events. The NEO Trainer/Specialist organizes and facilitates follow-on first year events. The effective onboarding of new employees has a significant impact on sustaining our client’s brand as an employer of choice, providing an efficient and valuable onboarding experience, strengthening employee retention, and integrating new hires into the agency’s mission and culture.

Position Requirements: Must Have Active TS/SCI and be CI Polygraph eligible . This position also requires the ability to work on-site, 5 days per week, in Springfield, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and facilitate courses for adult learners (Instructor-led, in-person and online).
• Create curriculum and conduct curriculum maintenance.
• Adjust curriculum and develops new curriculum based on stakeholder, student feedback, and market research. across the DoD, Intelligence Community and industry.
• Provide formal, informal, or non-formal training.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of new hires.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years demonstrated experience instructing adult learners.
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience maintaining curriculum.
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience in developing courses.
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in any concentration/area of study.
