Delaware Valley Job Corps is a full-year program looking for quality substitutes to assist our students through their educational journey during the summer months. Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We are a Center which uses student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve. With a capacity of 208 students, we strive to achieve excellence for each student across 7 different trades.

We are looking for exceptional Substitute Teachers to join our growing team of professionals.

Scheduled HoursAs needed, on-call hours would be worked between 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday ONLY. Substitutes would be called, and scheduled, as needed to maintain continuous educational programming.

During this time, the Substitute Instructor will provide high-quality supervision and management of student population. The Substitute Teacher will take swift and appropriate action to positively influence student behavior.
Substitute Instructor QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. A valid NY state teaching certificate is preferred.
