Profile Summary The Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Analyst position is responsible for managing risks related to information security, governance, vendor security assurance, policy, and compliance. The Analyst promotes an efficient and secure IT environment in alignment with present and future cyber risks. The GRC Analyst will coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple initiatives. The Analyst will contribute to preserving the high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Company mission-critical information and conduct Cybersecurity risk assessments, providing feedback to management and process owners on the design and effectiveness of control processes. Further, the Analyst will assist in developing, implementing, and keeping up control processes to enhance the security controls' effectiveness and efficiency. Profile Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining a robust Information Security GRC program to scale with the company’s growth and track alignment with industry best practices. Become a “go-to” contact on daily IT compliance-related matters, including responding to compliance-related inquiries. Assist in documenting GRC processes and procedures. Serve as a point person for and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, due diligence requests, and internal and external audit requests. Management of findings, observations, process improvement opportunities and other audit and attestation related activities to include the monthly oversight and reporting of audit activities as well as appropriate discussions with stakeholders. Assist in developing and implementing a continuous monitoring program for IT compliance and automation of manual processes. Assist in managing the company-wide security awareness program and compliance training. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other related fields or equivalent work experience in Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk and Compliance disciplines (5 years). Skills in documenting risk and compliance activities. Experience performing information security audits or risk assessments. Understanding common security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., SOC, ISO2700x, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.). Ability to develop security standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience. Ability to develop creative and adaptive solutions to unique and complex inquiries. Location: West Chester, PA, New York City, would need to go into the office min 1 day per week. Potentially open to remote in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte NC, Minneapolis, MN orDes Moines, IA and would potentially need to travel upto 20% of the time. These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
