The Cockpit Catering Co in Rogers, AR is looking for Weekend Cook/Cashier to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 1 Cass Hough Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

We are also looking for part time work in a separate Rogers location weekdays to make this a full time position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients according to business standards.
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Accommodate guests special requests
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties including but not limited to minor prep work, organizing, and serving food.
• Opening and Closing procedures including Front of House and Back of House duties (Taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables)

Qualifications

• Amazing personality and work ethic.
• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working during the day. The hours are approximately 730AM-300PM daily. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
