Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). As an EMT, you will play a crucial role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate medical care to patients
• Assess patient conditions and perform vital signs monitoring
• Administer basic life support techniques, including CPR and first aid
• Safely transport patients to the hospital or other medical facilities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Utilize medical equipment and tools in accordance with established protocols
• Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
• Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Continuously update knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and protocols

Qualifications:

• Driver's must obtain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Tech's must obtain a valid picture identification card
• EMT Certification
• CPR Certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move patients safely

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
