Responsibilities

• Manage our 3PL provider(s) to ensure appropriate processes and procedures are developed and maintained to support luxury wholesale and ecommerce channels.
• Maintain existing, and further develop, vendor compliance relationships with key trading partners.
• Review, develop and implement ecommerce outbound & returns programs.
• Proactively identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with up-stream Supply Chain team to prepare agile inventory & fulfilment projections per accounting for ever increasing, and fluctuating demand.
• Produce and distribute key benchmark reports on carriage, shipping, and inventory reports, including exception management, trouble shooting and resolving issues.
• Continue to evaluate service and cost and further extract value from our key trade partners.
• Visiting warehouses and 3Pls monthly or as needed.
• Inventory management, procurement, tracking, receipt of goods.
• Physical audits and cycle count as needed.
• Work with all Bond No.9 warehouses & 3Pls on system integration, reporting and operational needs to ensure strong processes are in place.
• Management of quality control procedures and training including follow up with vendors on any QC issues that arise to achieve resolution.
• Creation of new and standardized systems and policies as needed to run the company more efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3-5 years of sales & operations experience in the beauty industry.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of IT /Business infrastructure and MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
